Central Ohio Behavioral Medicine

Central Ohio Behavioral Medicine, Inc. (COBM) is an Upper Arlington-owned corporation that was leasing office space on Reed Road in Columbus. COBM had a growth strategy anticipating 40+% employment growth that precipitated it seeking larger space than it currently occupies. The owners considered numerous locations within UA and were approached to move to One Mill Run by the City of Hilliard. COBM however, has found a viable solution by contracting to lease 4,400 square feet of office space at 5025 Arlington Centre Blvd. — Class B space that has been vacant for an extended period. COBM was granted a Large Business Loan/Grant to assist the company with costs related to the relocation and acquisition of furniture and fixtures. Thanks to the loan/grant and the partnership with the landlord, COBM is expected to remain in the community well beyond their current lease term.
