Tech Resources

Tech Resources, Inc. (TR) is an Upper Arlington-owned corporation previously leasing office space on Dublin Road in Columbus. TR, one of the oldest of Battelle’s spin-off businesses, provides customer care support for major commercial accounts of large utility companies, primarily through web-based media. The owners sought opportunities to purchase office space to allow for future growth of the company. TRI Questline (TRIQ), an LLC formed by the TR owners, has purchased 2025 Riverside Drive, an abandoned 7,800-square-foot building that was in foreclosure. Upon purchase and extensive renovations that incorporate green building concepts and a forgivable loan provided upon the UACIC's recommendation, TR relocated staff in April 2008 and has already met their three-year higher projections.
